The red, or rather blue carpet special was hosted by a wide array of ANN7 personalities, from Vuka Africa anchor Abigail Visagie, to entertainment presenters Liezle Wilson and Avashnee Vandiar, to sports editor, Edwin Kgaswe and anchor Lauren Jenae. In addition to this, Cindi Nel also presented a few segments, which was not announced ahead of time.

Overall, the red carpet wasn't too bad, it just seemed to not flow properly
