Who Did it Better: The Virtual Studio Edition

As the elections draw nearer, the news channels are seeking more innovative ways to compete.
One such way is by ANN7 who now has a "virtual studio," seen below:

This made me do the obvious thing of comparing their virtual 'parliament' to CNN's 'Virtual Senate', seen below:
Tom Foreman, CNN's resident Virtual Studio correspondent(c) CNN
Though I must applaud their effort to innovate, I have to say that ANN7 comes a distant second (though, admittedly, CNN themselves receive a lot of criticism that comes with having a virtual studio that has been said to be 'over the top')
The animation in the ANN7 'virtual studio' seems a bit cheaply done: not as smooth as it could be or as richly detailed as one would want.
The camera angles aren't as versatile or exciting as the ones used in the CNN studio.
Lastly, the correspondent that ANN7 has in the studio is not nearly as good as Tom Foreman, often stumbling over words or using words or phrases innapproriately.
ANN7 has a long way to go, but they show promise when it comes to the virtual studio
